Meet Our CEO
Latoya Galberth, MS, OTR/L, CDP
Latoya Galberth is the CEO and founder of Galberth Health; a healthcare company that services the geriatric community with a unique focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia. Latoya is an occupational therapist who enjoys enhancing the quality of life and functional independence of every senior that she meets. She has served as a therapist for 13 years with a growing love and passion for those diagnosed with mild to severe cognitive impairments. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained both her Undergraduate and Master’s degree. Go Heels! Latoya has held various titles and accolades such as Clinical Program Lead for Dementia Management, Certified Dementia Practitioner, GDS Clinical Specialist and the award for Outstanding Patient Outcomes. Latoya has been an active partner and participant with the Dementia Alliance of NC where she also served as an Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group facilitator. When time allows Latoya enjoys volunteering her time at the Eastern NC Food bank, Meals on Wheels as well as consulting with families. Latoya also enjoys traveling, working out and spending time with her family which now includes the family's newest addition; Evan.
